Responsibilities

1. Achieve targeted revenue & GP margin by driving customer breadth, product mixing, regional coverage, and all customer segments.
2. Develop a database of channel partners to find new customers and increase business volume with existing ones. Analyze regional customer data to identify new opportunities and growth strategies.
3. Report results and actions on closed business to the product manager, and submit forecasts and reasons for lost business.
4. Plan marketing & sales activities, and communicate promotions and offers professionally and timely.
5. Develop and maintain good relations with resellers in the assigned region.
6. Participate in team activities, solve work problems, and assist in developing selling strategies to maximize profitability.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in IT Sales.
2. Preferably experience with HP products.
3. At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
4. Experience selling IT Hardware products is essential.
5. Experience in IT distribution.
6. Good market knowledge and analytical skills.
7. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
