Sales Specialist
Elbra, a
- end luxury furniture brand under the Madeira Negra and Fábrica do Sofá group, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our B2B sales in the North American market.
We’re looking for a driven professional with a strong background in the luxury interiors or furniture industry, who can build
- term relationships, identify new business opportunities, and represent Elbra’s aesthetic and craftsmanship to
- tier clients, showrooms, and design studios.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for the North American market;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with designers, showrooms, distributors, and hospitality clients;
- Identify new growth opportunities and strategic partnerships;
- Represent Elbra in international trade shows and client meetings;
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure project excellence and client satisfaction;
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B sales within the furniture, design, or luxury goods sector;
- Strong knowledge of the North American design and interiors market;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential; additional languages are a plus;
- Availability to travel internationally when required;
- Proactive, organized, and
- oriented profile with a passion for luxury design.
