We are seeking a strategic and operationally‑driven Sales Strategy and Operations Associate to be a cornerstone of our commercial success. You will act as the central nervous system for deal execution, partnering closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance to scale and build a best‑in‑class commercial organization. Your primary objective is to partner with the sales organization to streamline their processes, deliver on the global strategy and execute commercially sound agreements. This is a high‑impact role for a proactive problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about building scalable processes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Accelerate Sales Cycles: Drive the end‑to‑end sales process, proactively identifying and removing friction points to increase the velocity of deals moving through the pipeline. Serve as the trusted advisor and subject matter expert for the Sales team on deal structuring, pricing, and contract negotiations. You will manage the process from initial quote to final signature;
- Manage Sales Technology: Take full ownership of the CRM (Salesforce) and other sales tools, ensuring they are configured, maintained, and optimized to support the sales team’s workflow and reporting needs;
- Drive Process Excellence: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and automate sales workflows. You will develop and document best practices to build a scalable foundation for a world‑class commercial function;
- Champion AI Integration: Evaluate and implement AI‑powered tools to enhance deal analysis, contract review, and process automation, bringing cutting‑edge efficiency to our operations;
- Ensure Data Fidelity: Guarantee the absolute integrity of all commercial data, ensuring data flows accurately to downstream systems for reliable reporting and forecasting;
- Manage Sales Forecasting: Take a leading role in the sales forecasting process, collecting data, analyzing trends, and providing accurate forecasts to senior leadership. You will work to improve forecast accuracy and predictability.
What you need to have:
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar function, preferably within the Saa
S or Health technology industry; - Proven experience in sales forecasting, strategic planning, and performance analysis;
- Deep expertise in CRM and CPQ tools (Salesforce experience is highly preferred);
- A strong understanding of Saa
S or Health Technology business models, pricing strategies, and revenue recognition principles; - Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and build strong relationships with Sales, Legal, and Finance stakeholders;
- An analytical, strategic and process‑oriented mindset with a track record of improving and scaling commercial operations.

This range includes base, variable and equity. These compensation bands are just the starting point. Once someone joins and proves they’re outlier talent, we adjust quickly to ensure their compensation aligns with their impact.
