SWJ Portugal Engineering Solutions is an SWJ company based in Lisbon.

We focus on passion and customer orientation in software, hardware development, and testing, mainly in embedded systems. We support our customers with a focus on Automotive SPICE, agile methods, and their specific processes and tools.

We are looking for a Sales Support Assistant (m / f / d) in Lisbon.

Main tasks :

• Maintain and support existing customers (follow-ups, appointment coordination, inquiries)
• Create and track offers, contracts, and presentations
• Prepare and support customer appointments, events, and pitches
• Maintain the CRM system, including customer data, sales pipeline, and reporting
• Create evaluations and reports (forecasts, sales, KPIs)
• Organize administrative sales tasks (calendar, travel, documents)
• Send customer communications (newsletters, invitations, holiday cards)
• Support marketing and social media activities (optional)

Your skills :

• Completed commercial training or degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field
• Experience in sales, internal sales, or customer service is a plus
• Organizational talent with a structured and independent work style
• Strong communication skills in Portuguese, English, and preferably German
• Proficient in MS Office
• Team-oriented with enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Work will be
  - site in Lisbon
