Position Summary
The CIM Functional Expert is accountable to support live markets improve their usage of the Visualfabriq solution, enabling markets to use the solution in more efficient ways and/or use more of the solution functionalities. The CIM Functional Expert responsibility extends to advising markets on business implications of functionality choices &/or changes, as well as guidance for improved ways‑of‐working, aligned with global recommendations and best practices that will enable markets to leverage the customer investment management (CIM) solution for improved strategic revenue management (SRM) mindset & capabilities.
A Day in the Life of…
Support Market Specific CIM Usage
- Understand and stay up‑to‑date with Nestle blueprint, Visual
Fabriq releases and recommended system usage. - Track & document specific configuration choices made by individual markets with business implications.
- Assess market system usage to identify improvement opportunities, pain points & barriers for improved ways of working &/or business case realization.
- Support Market teams improve CIM solution usage & ways of working based on identified & prioritized opportunities, regularly following up actions & traction.
- Support markets with understanding, testing & training of new solution functionalities.
- Communicate and share good examples, tips & tricks, watch outs, etc across markets & other stakeholders as relevant in support of improved practices & solution usage.
- Coach Market teams in how to leverage CIM data, reports, & analytics in support of daily ways of working.
What Will Make You Successful
- Experience of Commercial processes - Customer Planning & Managing, Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) & Monthly Business Planning (MBP).
- At least 2 years operational business experience, related to Commercial functions (Account Manager, Commercial Excellence, Commercial Development, Sales Finance, Sales Administration).
- Experience of Sales planning systems (Trade Promotion Management (TPM)/Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO)). Skills & Attitude:
- Strong Customer Service orientation.
- Able to deal with ambiguity and transversally influence.
- Structured thinker, with ability to organize and prioritize work effectively.
- Problem solving mind set with attention to details.
- Naturally curious, with an aptitude for learning.
- Interest in digital solutions and tech savvy.
- Ability to work autonomously with proactive attitude (self‑starter).
- Good communication skills (both verbally and written)
