Position Summary
The CIM Expert role is accountable for supporting live markets in improving their usage of the Visualfabriq solution, enabling markets to use the solution more efficiently and/or utilize more functionalities. The CIM Functional Expert also advises markets on business implications of functionality choices or changes, and provides guidance for improved ways of working, aligned with global recommendations and best practices. This role aims to help markets leverage the customer investment management (CIM) solution to enhance strategic revenue management (SRM) capabilities.

- Understand and stay

- date with Nestlé's blueprint, Visual
Fabriq releases, and recommended system usage. - Track and document specific configuration choices made by markets, including their business implications.
- Assess market system usage to identify opportunities for improvement, pain points, and barriers to better ways of working or business case realization.
- Support market teams in enhancing CIM solution usage and workflows based on prioritized opportunities, with regular
- up on actions and progress. - Assist markets with understanding, testing, and training on new functionalities.
- Share best practices, tips, tricks, and
- outs across markets and stakeholders to promote improved practices and solution usage. - Coach market teams on leveraging CIM data, reports, and analytics to support daily operations.
What Will Make You Successful
- Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Expertise in the Visualfabriq solution
- Experience with commercial systems and processes
- At least 3 years of business experience, particularly in commercial functions or solutions
- Certification as a Visual
Fabriq Bootcamp Graduate (training can be part of onboarding and ongoing refresher sessions) - IS or technical experience is a plus
- Structured thinker with the ability to organize and prioritize effectively
- Customer service orientation
