Sales Support Coordinator (Portuguese / English / French)

What You’ll Do
Act as a key contact for clients by phone and email — offering expert advice, quotes, and outstanding support across a diverse software portfolio.
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and deliver a

- class service experience.
Keep client and sales records accurate in Salesforce and ensure a smooth
-
- invoice process.
Verify purchase orders and liaise with clients to confirm details or collect missing information.
Collaborate closely with the Orders and Accounting teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Support contract renewals and technical support agreements.
Assist with tenders and bids , ensuring compliance with client and regional requirements.
Work
-
- hand with the Sales & Marketing Manager to share feedback and align on goals.
Stay current on new products and features, ensuring accurate and confident communication with clients.
Contribute to the company’s continued growth and success through teamwork and initiative.
What You Bring
Fluency in Portuguese, English, and French (required).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service , sales administration , or another
- facing role is a plus.
Strong command of MS Office ; Salesforce experience is highly valued.
A proactive,
- oriented, and collaborative mindset.
A genuine passion for helping people and solving problems.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
