Sales Support

OM Digital Solutions is looking for a person for the Sales Support who will be responsible for executing operational activities and collaborating with business teams to provide administrative support for Sales, Finance, & Operations Departments.

What you'll do:

1. Perform varied administrative work according to standard procedures or framework instructions, independently handling tasks for Sales Support of B2B and B2C customers.
2. Take over operational tasks such as creating and updating/canceling Sales Orders and E-shop Orders.
3. Create Credit Notes, Proforma Invoices, and Return Orders.
4. Conduct reporting activities including Blocked Delivery Notes, Blocked Invoices, Return Issue Log, RMAs tracking, and B2C Backorders.
5. Handle delivery claims related to missing items, shortages, damages, and monitor these reports.
6. Mediates satisfaction among Operations, Warehouse, Sales, Finance, and ERP/IT teams.
7. Perform other tasks as instructed by the supervisor.
8. Provide support activities across all regions as needed.

What you’ll need:

• University degree or secondary education with relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in English.
• PC skills and familiarity with office software (MS Office, Outlook, etc. ).
• Pleasant demeanor and strong communication skills.
• High professional commitment and ability to quickly learn new skills.
