Responsibilities:
- Day to day communication with customers and account managers to support and resolve any customer issues including but not limited to pricing, deliveries, capacity, overdue payments
- Aligns direction with account managers and liaises with customers on a daily basis. Ability to create and maintain excellent customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations
- Maintain and update Salesforce projects on a daily basis throughout the lifetime of the project, using the customers long term forecast, Bill Of Materials, orders, account manager submission and market data
- Update the rolling forecast every month based on sales and marketing information
- Process customer capacity requests through to the Planning Team
- Confirm customer demand for all supplier capacity constraints
- Support the sales team to prepare customer offers for external business opportunities
- Calculate new sales prices based on the sales pricing policy for catalogue parts
- Monitor, report and action margin analysis on sales pricing to the responsible account managers to drive profitability throughout the supply chain
- Liaison with customers to clarify any questions or issues. Raise quotations for catalogue parts. Quotation analysis as required
- Special reports / tasks as required by the business
- Responsible to maintain accounts receivable levels within objectives through coordination with customers and all Yazaki departments
Candidate’s Profile:
- Bachelor’s in a related area
- Experience within the automotive industry or similar position. Excellent customer skills and ability to form business relationships
- Knowledge of SAP & Salesforce would be an advantage
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Ability to work as an individual and in a team
- Self motivated
- Attention to detail
