Your main responsibilities will be:

Lead and develop Sales Development Representative teams, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and retention
Ensure team performance meets KPIs and targets by organizing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing action plans
Provide coaching and mentoring while maintaining clear communication with both local management and international partner teams
Contribute to the growth of the lead generation division in Portugal and act as a local implementer of strategic campaign plans
Summarize and present performance results to internal stakeholders

You have/are:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a manager or team leader within a B2B sales/teleprospecting team
Native-level fluency in Dutch or German is required. Proficiency in both languages is a strong plus
Very good command of English
Organized and able to structure team activities efficiently
Pragmatic in
