About the Role

The Team Lead, Inside Sales will be responsible for managing and developing a
- performing team, driving revenue growth, and implementing strategies that deliver results. This role combines strategic oversight with
- on leadership, ensuring the team consistently exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

? Develop and execute inside sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and KPIs

? Lead daily operations, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to maximise performance

? Take ownership of hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of team members

? Design and deliver training programmes to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

? Analyse sales data to identify trends, optimise strategies, and drive continuous improvement

? Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and other departments to align sales efforts with business objectives

? Communicate regularly with senior leadership on performance, market insights, and opportunities

Requirements

✔ Proven experience in inside sales leadership with a track record of achieving targets

✔ Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and analytics tools

✔ Ability to recruit, coach, and develop
- performing teams

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
