Responsibilities

• Assist customers who have questions about their shopping cart or who experience issues during their shopping experience, by phone, email, or chat.
• Provide
  - quality customer service and support to resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions related to products and services.
• Collaborate with teams to improve the customer experience and support processes.

Qualifications

• Dutch language proficiency (Dutch speaker).
• Interest in sales, technology, or online advertising is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a
  - focused mindset.
• Willingness to work abroad in Lisbon and adapt to an international environment.
