Your future duties and responsibilities

• Programming Skills: To become a successful Salesforce developer, you need to have a good understanding of MVC designing and be comfortable with coding and development tasks.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• Bachelor's degree in IT and/or comparable job expertise
• Relevant Salesforce platform development experience
• Full lifecycle Salesforce implementations with strong expertise in one of the following modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Design and develop integrations between applications and other systems as required by customers
• Willingness to work in an agile setup, think outside the box, and help overcome roadblocks
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, etc. )
• Analytical capacity and approach, studying and understanding complex scenarios
• Result-oriented and a communicative team player
• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
