We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with strong experience in Sales Cloud, platform configuration, user and profile management, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules). The ideal candidate will manage users, maintain data quality, configure objects and automations, and collaborate closely with product and development teams to deliver
- quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and deactivate users, managing profiles, roles, permissions, and access groups.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and access controls.
• Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
• Manage automations using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• Monitor system operations and resolve errors or issues proactively.
• Perform data imports, exports, and updates using Data Loader or Data Import Wizard.
• Maintain data quality, integrity, and consistency.
• Work with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to implement new features.
• Participate in testing, validation, and rollout of new platform versions.
• Document configurations, processes, and best practices.
• Support

  - user training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and its core components.
• Proficiency with Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and automation tools.
• Experience with Data Loader, Reports & Dashboards, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
• Familiarity with Change Sets, Sandbox Management, and Release Management.
• Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning App Builder is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Security Model and Field-Level Security.
• Experience with Service Cloud or Experience Cloud is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in agile environments.
• Detail-oriented, with strong
  - solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and functional teams.
