Location: Hybrid - Porto/PT

What You’ll Do:

• Create, update, and deactivate users.
• Manage profiles, roles, permissions, and access groups.
• Ensure compliance with security and access policies.
• Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
• Manage automations using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• Perform data imports, exports, and updates using Data Loader or Data Import Wizard.
• Participate in testing, validation, and rollouts of new platform versions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and its core components.
• Proficiency with native tools: Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules.
• Experience with Data Loader, Reports & Dashboards, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
• Knowledge of the Salesforce Security Model and Field‑Level Security.
• Detail‑oriented, with strong problem‑solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning App Builder is a plus.
