What you need to join us:
- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Responsibilities
User and Profile Management
- Create, update, and deactivate users.
- Manage profiles, roles, permissions, and access groups.
- Ensure compliance with security and access policies.
- Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
- Manage automations using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
- Monitor and resolve operational errors or issues.
- Perform data imports, exports, and updates using Data Loader or Data Import Wizard.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency.
Collaboration with the Product Team
- Work with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to implement new features.
- Participate in testing, validation, and rollouts of new platform versions.
Documentation and Training
- Document configurations, processes, and best practices.

Requirements
- University degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Management or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and its core components.
- Proficiency with native automation tools: Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules.
- Experience with Data Loader, Reports & Dashboards, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
- Familiarity with Change Sets, Sandbox Management, and Release Management.
- Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning App Builder is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce Security Model and Field-Level Security.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Experience Cloud is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in agile environments.
- Detail-oriented, with strong
- solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset. - Excellent communication skills with both technical and functional teams.
