What you will do?

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including users, roles, profiles, and permission sets
• Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and flows
• Support Sales Cloud and Service Cloud business processes
• Manage data quality through data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business users
• Monitor system health, performance, and adoption
• Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training
• Implement and maintain declarative automation using Flows and other tools
• Support releases, testing, and deployments in coordination with development teams
• Ensure platform security, compliance, and best practices
• Document configurations, processes, and user guides

What you should know/have to succeed in this role:

• Experience administering Salesforce
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce core functionality, including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Experience with declarative tools such as Flows, validation rules, and approval processes
• Understanding of Salesforce security and data access models
• Experience with reporting and dashboards
• Strong communication skills and a
  - focused mindset
