Responsibilities

Your mission will be…

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive architecture within the sales domain, aligning it with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and best practices while collaborating with
  - functional teams to architect, design, implement, and optimize systems that support sales efforts, ensuring scalability, maintainability, performance, and data security – in line with business needs.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of technology stacks and platforms that enhance sales capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Lead-to-Cash Process:

• Possess
  - depth knowledge of the entire
  -
  - cash process, including lead generation, customer acquisition, pricing, quoting, order management, and revenue recognition.
• Define and implement strategies to streamline and optimize the
  -
  - cash process, improving efficiency, reducing errors, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams to ensure a seamless and integrated
  -
  - cash lifecycle.

Transformation to Software Business:

• Drive the transformation of our business model from traditional sales to selling software products and services online.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define software product offerings, pricing models, and
  -
  - market strategies.
• Architect the technical infrastructure/applications needed to support online software sales, including licensing, digital delivery, and subscription management.

Subscription Management:

• Design and implement a robust subscription management system to support various software product offerings.
• Ensure proper billing, invoicing, and customer management for
  - based services.
• Define and maintain subscription policies, including pricing tiers, feature sets, and renewal processes.
