Are you a Salesforce Solution Architect with a vision for scalable, secure, and
- performance platforms? We’re looking for a technical leader to define and oversee the architecture, integrations, and governance of our client’s Salesforce ecosystem.
In this role, you’ll design robust solutions, ensure seamless system integrations, and mentor development teams, all while aligning technology with business goals. Your Impact
You’ll be the technical authority for the Salesforce platform, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation across multi-org and
- cloud environments. Your expertise will guide integrations, governance, and compliance, while your leadership will elevate the entire development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the technical architecture of the Salesforce platform, including objects, automations, integrations, and security.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, and aligned with organizational standards.
System Integration
- Design and oversee integrations with external systems (ERP, CRM, DWH) using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Mule
Soft, External Services, or Heroku. - Ensure data consistency and synchronization across systems.
Technical Governance
- Establish and promote best practices for development, version control, testing, and deployment (CI/CD).
- Oversee the use of Salesforce DX, Scratch Orgs, Change Sets, and Azure Dev
Ops.
Strategic Collaboration
- Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Participate in roadmap decisions and platform evolution.
Security and Compliance
- Define and validate security models (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e. g. , GDPR).
Mentoring and Technical Support
- Support and guide Developers and Administrators in solution implementation.
- Review code, validate designs, and promote continuous improvement.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or in senior technical roles on the platform.
In-depth knowledge of:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Platform Events, Mule
Soft, and External Services. - Advanced expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Salesforce APIs, integrations, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Salesforce DX, Git, and Azure Dev
Ops. - Strong understanding of Data models, security, governance, and performance.
- Ability to design solutions in
- org and
- cloud environments. - Technical leadership and strategic influence capabilities.
- Strong focus on solution quality, scalability, and innovation.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and functional teams.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
