A leading consultancy is expanding its presence in Lisbon to support a major international financial services client on a
- year digital transformation program. We are seeking a Senior Developer to join the CRM Engineering and Digital Delivery team, driving the design and implementation of scalable solutions across retail and corporate banking domains.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Actively contribute to consulting projects, including technical leadership and team coordination.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with architects, product owners, and client stakeholders.
• Provide
  - on guidance to Salesforce developers and admins, ensuring best practices in CI/CD, Dev
  Ops, and code quality.
• Integrate Salesforce with core banking systems and
  - party platforms using APIs and middleware (e. G. , Mulesoft).
• Design and implement software solutions using Java and other enterprise technologies.
• Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in software development projects, ideally within banking, insurance, or real estate.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or Senior Developer in enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Dev
  Ops pipelines, and tools like Git, Copado, or Gearset.
• Knowledge of system communication standards:
  
  JDBC, JMS, RESTful APIs, SOAP, RPC.
• Strong communication, teamwork, analytical thinking, and client orientation.
• Fluent English is mandatory;
  
  
  
  Portuguese is a plus.
