SALESFORCE BUSINESS ANALYST (HYBRID PORTO)

Location: Porto, Portugal

Only candidates already based in Portugal or able to work onsite in Porto will be considered. Language Requirements: Fluent in Portuguese and English. Experience Levels: 5+ years. Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements, collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and challenges.
• Document functional requirements and user stories for Salesforce initiatives.
• Partner with Salesforce architects and developers to define scalable, efficient solutions and validate alignment with business goals.
• Assess existing workflows and recommend improvements using native Salesforce capabilities.
• Prepare test cases and support UAT for new features, enhancements, and releases.
• Create clear process documentation and user guides; deliver training sessions to
  - users.
• Serve as the main point of contact for Salesforce-related projects and communicate technical concepts in a clear,
  - oriented way.

Required Experience

• 5+ years proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.

Functional Skills (Mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
• Solid understanding of CRM processes:
  -
  - opportunity, case management, customer service.
• Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).
• Ability to build reports and dashboards.
• Understanding of data management and Salesforce security models.
• Experience working in Agile environments and writing user stories.

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of Apex and Lightning Components.
• Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration concepts.
• Experience with data migration tools such as Data Loader.
• Experience with training management systems is a plus.

Language Requirements

• English and Portuguese: fluency (mandatory).

Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory).
• Preferred: Salesforce Business Analyst, Platform App Builder.
