SALESFORCE BUSINESS ANALYST (HYBRID PORTO)

Portuguese company hires for hybrid position — 2 days per week onsite in Porto, Portugal.

Only candidates already based in Portugal or able to work onsite in Porto will be considered.

Language Requirements: Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and challenges. Document functional requirements and user stories for Salesforce initiatives.
• Solution Design Support: Partner with Salesforce architects and developers to define scalable, efficient solutions. Validate solution alignment with business goals.
• Process Optimization: Assess existing workflows and recommend improvements using native Salesforce capabilities.
• Testing & Validation: Prepare test cases and support UAT for new features, enhancements, and releases.
• Documentation & Training: Create clear process documentation and user guides. Deliver training sessions to
  - users.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for Salesforce-related projects. Communicate technical concepts in a clear,
  - oriented way.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.

Functional Skills (Mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
• Solid understanding of CRM processes:
  -
  - opportunity, case management, customer service.
• Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).
• Ability to build reports and dashboards.
• Understanding of data management and Salesforce security models.
• Experience working in Agile environments and writing user stories.

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of Apex and Lightning Components.
• Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration concepts.
• Experience with data migration tools (e. g. , Data Loader).
• Experience with training management systems is a plus.

Language Requirements
