Role: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon OR Porto, Portugal

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis of business requirements and translate into Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Service Cloud.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes, identify gaps, and design improvements.
• Assist with Salesforce configuration, workflows, and reporting tools; support data migration and integrations as needed.
• Communicate effectively with
  - functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Required skills

• Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with a focus on Service Cloud
• Strong understanding of automotive customer service processes (e. g. , service scheduling, warranty claims, dealer support)
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, and reporting tools
• Familiarity with data migration and integration tools (e. g. , Data Loader, Mule
  Soft)
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Salesforce certifications (e. g. , Service Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst) are a plus
