What you will do?

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce solutions

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand sales, service, and customer support processes

Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories

Support solution design by working closely with Salesforce developers and architects

Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies

Validate solutions through functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Support change management, user training, and adoption initiatives

Analyze existing Salesforce configurations and propose process improvements

Ensure solutions align with business goals, best practices, and governance standards

Act as a point of contact between business, IT, and external vendors or partners

What you should know/have to succeed in this role:

Experience working as a Business Analyst on Salesforce projects

Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and core platform features)

Experience with requirements gathering techniques and documentation

Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and
- technical stakeholders

Strong analytical,
- solving, and organizational skills
