The role:

We are looking for a motivated and
- oriented Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to capture, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable user stories for Salesforce solutions. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing customer journeys and optimizing business processes.

Main responsibilities:

Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements

Translate business needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria

Support sprint planning, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization

Align with project stakeholders and monitor roadmap risks

We believe that the right profile for this job should have / be:

2–3 years of working experience as a Business Analyst (target, not strict)

Alternatively, experience as a Salesforce Administrator

Basic understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities

Familiarity with Agile methodology and user story development

Skills in data analysis and business process modeling

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

High attention to detail and analytical thinking
