Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements to design scalable and effective Salesforce solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications that align with Salesforce capabilities and best practices.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements.
• Write and manage user stories with
  - defined acceptance criteria.
• Support agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
• Help identify and resolve blockers or gaps in requirements.
• Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in agile environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to write clear and concise user stories.
• Familiarity with tools like Azure Dev
  Ops or Service
  Now.
• Good understanding of digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Education Data Architecture (EDA) concepts and frameworks.
• Experience with Salesforce Communities or similar platforms.
• Background in education, public sector, or
  - driven projects.
