Are you an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst eager to contribute to innovative digital transformation projects?

We’re looking for a
- level professional to join one of our clients’ teams and help bridge business needs with Salesforce-driven solutions.

Job Description

Minimum experience required:

• 3 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce environments.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of Salesforce functionalities, processes, and best practices.
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
• Salesforce Business Analyst Certification (preferred).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with
  - functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Work closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Manage and document business processes using Jira and Confluence.
• Support the implementation of Salesforce features and ensure quality delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Salesforce projects.

Working Model:

• Hybrid – based in Porto (3 days per week
  - site)
