We are seeking a
- oriented and strategic Salesforce Business Analyst with
- on experience in Service Cloud and/or Automotive Cloud, ideally within the automotive industry context. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring Salesforce implementations support customer service goals and follow industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to customer service and support processes
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications for Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
- Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and QA teams to deliver enhancements and new features
- Support data migration and system integration projects, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Facilitate workshops, deliver user training, and coordinate UAT sessions with business users
- Monitor and report on project status, risks, and issues to keep stakeholders informed
- Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates and automotive industry trends to proactively recommend improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with a focus on Service Cloud
- Strong understanding of automotive customer service processes (e. g. , service scheduling, warranty claims, dealer support)
- Experience configuring Salesforce, including workflows, reports, and dashboards
- Familiarity with data migration and integration tools like Data Loader and Mule
Soft - Excellent communication skills, with strong documentation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Salesforce certifications (e. g. , Service Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst) are a plus
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud or Field Service Lightning
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with distributed global teams
- Multilingual skills, which are especially valuable in international automotive projects
