What we are looking for

Hard skills

• 5 years of experience
• Proven experience as a Business Consultant or Analyst in Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects.
• Strong understanding of
  - commerce business processes and digital retail strategies.
• Familiarity with SFCC architecture, Business Manager, and Storefront Reference
• Experience with integrations (ERP, CRM, OMS, payment gateways, etc. ).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Salesforce certifications (e. g. , B2C Commerce Developer, B2C Solution Architect).
• Experience with
  - site,
  - language, and
  - currency implementations.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and conversion optimization techniques.
• Understanding of SEO, analytics, and personalization tools.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
