Job Title: Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Consultant

Location: Porto, Portugal (Hybrid - 20% in office)

Work Type: Hybrid

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Consultant to lead and support
- commerce transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), strong business acumen, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable,
- centric digital commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) capabilities and best practices.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business goals, customer journeys, and
  - commerce requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions to define solution architecture and integration strategies.
• Provide guidance on SFCC features, including catalog management, promotions, personalization, and checkout flows.
• Support implementation teams during configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend enhancements to improve performance and user experience.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights to optimize
  - commerce operations and conversion rates.
• Stay current with SFCC updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5 years) as a Business Consultant or Analyst in Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects.
• Strong understanding of
  - commerce business processes and digital retail strategies.
• Familiarity with SFCC architecture, Business Manager, and Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA).
• Experience with integrations (ERP, CRM, OMS, payment gateways, etc. ).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Preferred Skills (Plus Points):

• Salesforce certifications (e. g. , B2C Commerce Developer, B2C Solution Architect).
• Experience with
  - site,
  - language, and
  - currency implementations.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and conversion optimization techniques.
• Understanding of SEO, analytics, and personalization tools.

Additional Information:

• This is a
  - time position: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
