Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:Main Tasks and Responsibilities:* Manage and analyze incidents to ensure compliance with the Service Level and obtain a permanent fix, guaranteeing proper analysis of the cause of the incident;* Participating in the configuration of appropriate support models and knowledge transfer for implemented systems and processes;Requirements:* Degree in Computer Science or similar;* Previous experience working with software development or maintenance;* Minimum of 3 years of experience with at least two of the following technologies or platforms:* C# or PHP* Mongo
DB;* SQL Server;* Sales
Force Commerce Cloud;* Kubernetes;* Azure and/or AWS;* Problem-solving attitude;* High levels of curiosity, multitasking, proactivity and
