What will you do?

• Analyze telecommunications business processes and design
  -
  - end customer journeys using the Comms Cloud data model;
  
  
• Develop complex,
  - performing solutions using Omni
  Studio, including Omni
  Scripts, Integration Procedures, and Data
  Raptors;
  
  
• Configure Enterprise Product Catalogs (EPC) and CPQ logic, including product modeling, pricing rules, and configurations;
  
  
• Design and implement technical orchestration workflows within the Order Management (OM) module;
  
  
• Extend platformcapabilities through custom development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and
  - specific APIs;
  
  
• Document technical designs and actively contribute to architectural and solutioning discussions.

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong focus on Industry Clouds;
  
  
• Proven
  - onexperience with Salesforce Comms Cloud (Vlocity);
  
  
• Strong understanding of the Shared Information/Data Model (SID);
  
  
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs;
  
  
• Experience producing clear technical documentation and participating in architectural discussions;
  
  
• Relevant Salesforce certifications.
