Why we are looking for support

We are seeking a Salesforce Consultant & Business Analyst (m/f/d) to strengthen our CRM Practice. This role can be performed remotely from Greece, Portugal, Malta, Poland, or Germany.

The successful candidate will serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, offering effective client solutions.

Responsibilities include preparing and facilitating client discovery workshops to gather requirements, translating business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, participating in build activities, and staying updated on Salesforce innovations.

You will also develop your skills through Salesforce training, conduct research, analyze data, and contribute to internal initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting or a relevant industry.
• Proven experience in gathering functional requirements for at least 2 years.
• At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, or Commerce Cloud.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce formulas, process builder, and flows.
• Proactive attitude with strong
  - solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team.
• Experience with industry clouds such as Consumer Goods Cloud or Non-Profit Cloud is beneficial.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
