1⃣ Junior Salesforce Consultant

Responsibilities:

- Support configuration and customization of Salesforce objects, fields, and workflows.

- Assist in gathering business requirements and documenting user stories.

- Perform data imports, updates, and basic reporting tasks.

- Collaborate with senior consultants and developers during solution implementation.

- Help maintain technical documentation and update configuration guides.

- Stay informed about Salesforce releases and new features relevant to assigned tasks.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- 1–3 years of experience with Salesforce or CRM systems.

- Basic understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud preferred).

- Familiarity with data management and reporting tools.

- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a
- paced environment.

- Salesforce Administrator certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.

2⃣ Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities:

- Configure and customize Salesforce across Sales and Service Clouds.

- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components.

- Support integrations with
- party systems using APIs and middleware.

- Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews.

- Create technical documentation and contribute to solution design discussions.

- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and new features.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- 4–6 years of Salesforce experience in configuration and development.

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

- Knowledge of integration patterns and API usage.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and version control tools (e. g. , Git).

- Salesforce Platform Developer I or Consultant certification preferred

- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect are highly desirable.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

3⃣ Salesforce Architect

Responsibilities:

- Design and document scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, and Commerce Clouds.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and solution roadmaps.

- Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.

- Lead technical workshops and provide guidance to development teams on implementation strategies.

- Define integration patterns and oversee integrations with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, billing platforms).

- Create and maintain architecture diagrams, data models, and technical documentation.

- Support
- sales activities by providing solution design input and technical expertise.

- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards to ensure quality and maintainability.

- Monitor solution performance and recommend optimizations for scalability and efficiency.

- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred.

- 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 5 years in a solution architect role.

- Proven expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and
- cloud architecture.

- Strong knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and middleware solutions.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and Dev
Ops practices (CI/CD, Git).

- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect highly desirable.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

4⃣ Salesforce Technical Architect

Responsibilities:

- Define
-
- end Salesforce architecture, including data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks.

- Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices and enterprise standards for scalability and maintainability.

- Create technical design documents, solution diagrams, and integration strategies.

- Act as the primary technical authority for Salesforce projects, guiding developers and administrators.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor team members.

- Collaborate with
- functional teams (IT, business, operations) to align technical solutions with strategic goals.

- Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, billing, marketing platforms).

- Implement APIs, middleware solutions, and data synchronization strategies.

- Lead development of custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.

- Optimize platform performance, ensuring high availability and compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).

- Implement robust security measures, including role hierarchies, sharing rules, and encryption.

- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Present architecture roadmaps and technical recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred.

- 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 5 years in an architect or senior technical role.

- Expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Lightning, API integrations, and
- cloud solutions.

- Strong knowledge of integration patterns, middleware tools, and enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, etc. ).

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Dev
Ops practices (CI/CD, Git).

- Salesforce certifications (e. g. , Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect) highly desirable.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
