We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant with
- depth expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Customer Data Platform) within the healthcare industry context. In this role, you will design and implement scalable data solutions to unify patient and customer data across systems, enabling personalized engagement and better health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions tailored to healthcare use cases
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather data requirements and define data models, identity resolution strategies, and segmentation logic
• Integrate data from diverse sources (e. g. , EHRs, CRMs, marketing platforms) into Salesforce Data Cloud
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations (e. g. , HIPAA, GDPR) and internal governance policies
• Develop and manage data ingestion pipelines, harmonization rules, and calculated insights
• Partner with analytics and reporting teams to deliver unified data views and actionable insights
• Create and maintain training materials and documentation for both business and technical teams

Required Qualifications /must be clearly listed on your CV

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, including at least 1 year working with Salesforce Data Cloud
• Strong expertise in data modeling, identity resolution, and
  - time data processing
• Experience in the healthcare sector, with solid understanding of patient data privacy regulations and interoperability standards (e. g. , HL7, FHIR)
• Familiarity with the broader Salesforce ecosystem (e. g. , Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Mule
  Soft)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively engage stakeholders

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (e. g. , Data Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud)
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or CRM Analytics
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms (e. g. , Snowflake, AWS, Azure)
• Experience working in Agile project environments
