- how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients. We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:

Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant - Hybrid (Lisbon or Porto)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions tailored to healthcare use cases.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather data requirements and define data models, identity resolution strategies, and segmentation logic.
• Integrate data from multiple sources (EHRs, CRMs, marketing platforms, etc. ) into Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations (e. g. , HIPAA, GDPR) and internal governance policies.
• Develop and maintain data ingestion pipelines, harmonization rules, and calculated insights.
• Support analytics and reporting teams with unified data views and actionable insights.
• Provide training and documentation for business users and technical teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, including 1+ year with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, identity resolution, and
  - time data processing.
• Experience in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of patient data, privacy regulations, and interoperability standards (e. g. , HL7, FHIR).
• Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem tools (e. g. , Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Mule
  Soft).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice-to-have

• Salesforce certifications (e. g. , Data Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e. g. , Tableau, CRM Analytics).
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms (e. g. , Snowflake, AWS, Azure).
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
