Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

• Join a Scrum Team responsible for the development of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions;
• Develop new features and maintain existing Apex code, Lightning components, and Service Cloud configurations;
• Develop and maintain Automated Test Cases;
• Provide input and recommendations to the Salesforce architecture and development best practices;
• Participate in requirements analysis, user story breakdown and estimates
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate Service Cloud requirements into technical solutions.
  
  

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar;
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce development using Apex, SOQL, and SOSL;
• Hands-on experience with Service Cloud features (Cases, Knowledge, Entitlements, Omni-Channel);
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Custom Objects) and deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX, or similar);
• Understanding of Salesforce security model and best practices
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification will be highly valued;
• Ability to
  - task and work on multiple implementations with quickly changing priorities;
• Good understanding of software development lifecycles based on AGILE methodologies
• Strong analytical skills;
• Sense of ownership, urgency and pride in delivering exceptional solutions;
