What you will do?

• Design and implement data models and customer profiles in Salesforce Data Cloud
• Configure and manage data ingestion from multiple source systems
• Develop and optimize data mappings, transformations, and harmonization rules
• Build calculated insights, segmentation logic, and activation targets
• Support data activation to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external platforms
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across datasets
• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders on data strategy and use cases
• Monitor performance, data refresh, and ingestion pipelines
• Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting of data flows
• Document data models, mappings, and integration patterns
• Stay current with Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities and best practices

What you should know/have to succeed in this role:

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
• Strong understanding of data modeling, customer identity resolution, and data harmonization
• Experience working with large datasets and complex data structures
• Proficiency in SQL and data transformation concepts
• Understanding of integrations, APIs, and data ingestion patterns
• Familiarity with Salesforce core platforms (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud)
• Strong analytical and
