DOES THIS DESCRIBE YOU?

• Early Salesforce Development Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in Salesforce development (internship, first job, freelance, or personal projects)
• Full Stack Interest: You’re excited to work
  -
  - end — from backend logic to UI and integrations
• Apex Basics: You’ve already worked with Apex , or you’re very comfortable with Java/C# and eager to learn Apex fast
• LWC / Front-End Curiosity: You’ve explored or worked with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and want to grow your skills in modern Salesforce UI development
• Team & Client Mindset: You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with functional consultants, tech leads, and clients
• Problem-Solver: You like understanding the “why” behind requirements and building efficient solutions
• Fluent in English: Essential for international collaboration and projects
• Curious & Adaptable: You’re curious in why you do things, nimble in how you do them, and committed in what you do
• Certification: Salesforce DEV 1 certification is a strong plus (or willingness to obtain it within the first months)

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Salesforce Developer (Full Stack) , you’ll be part of our delivery team and contribute to building, improving, and supporting Salesforce solutions for our clients.

You won’t be expected to know everything on day one — but you will be expected to grow, take initiative, and deliver quality.

Build Salesforce Features & Automations

• Participate in agile sprints and development sessions
• Develop Salesforce functionality using a mix of standard configuration + Apex development
• Translate requirements into working features, with guidance from senior team members when needed

Full Stack Delivery (Backend + UI)

• Write and improve Apex classes, triggers, and automation logic under supervision and best practices
• Build or enhance user experiences through Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce UI capabilities
• Collaborate with the team to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions

Support & Maintain Solutions

• Help maintain and improve existing Salesforce implementations
• Investigate and fix bugs, contribute to continuous improvements, and support releases

Testing & Quality

• Contribute to test coverage and best practices (unit tests, regression testing, QA support)
• Learn how to build a testing strategy aligned with Salesforce development standards

Integration & Dev
Ops Exposure (depending on projects)

• Support integrations with external systems (APIs, middleware, connectors)
• Learn deployment and Dev
  Ops practices (Git, CI/CD, sandbox management, release process)

Grow Your Skills
