Salesforce Developer – Hybrid @ Lisbon

Employment type: Full-time, Permanent contract.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid work).

Schedule: 9AM – 6PM.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Salesforce technical solutions leveraging platform capabilities such as Sales & Service Cloud, LWC, Apex Triggers, Visual Flows, and APIs for integration.
• Collaborate with teams on design, development, testing, and deployment, utilizing environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and contribute to the development of Commerce Cloud B2B solutions where applicable.
• Perform data and system integration tasks with Heroku, CRM Analytics, and Experience Cloud where needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Salesforce development (LWC, Apex, Visual Flow, APIs).
• Proven expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of environment and release management, code versioning, and deployment best practices.
• Salesforce Platform certifications – at least Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I; Platform Developer II preferred.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Experience with CRM Analytics and/or Heroku.
• Ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
