Job Description

Hays is hiring a Salesforce Omni
Studio Developer to join a dynamic project in the insurance sector. This is a hybrid role based in Lisbon, ideal for professionals with
- on experience in Salesforce Omni
Studio and a strong understanding of insurance industry processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Salesforce Omni
  Studio (Flex
  Cards, Omni
  Scripts, Data
  Raptors, Integration Procedures)
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to understand
  - specific business requirements
• Implement integrations with legacy systems and insurance platforms via REST/SOAP APIs
• Ensure code quality and adherence to Salesforce development best practices

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce
• At least 2 years of
  - on experience with Omni
  Studio
• Solid knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL
• Experience with Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX)
• Familiarity with
  - oriented architecture and integrations
• Proficiency in both Portuguese and English

Nice to Have

• Salesforce Certifications (Omni
  Studio Developer, Platform Developer I/II)
• Experience with Insurance Industry Cloud or Vlocity Insurance Data Model
• Knowledge of Salesforce Dev
  Ops tools (Copado, Gearset)
• Experience in international or
  - cloud environments
• Background in insurance domains (life, health, auto, etc. )
