What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc. ).
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, flows, approval processes, and validation rules.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs, Platform Events, and other integration methods.
• Write and execute unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
• Stay current with new Salesforce releases and features, assessing their business impact.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation of developed solutions.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to deliver
  - quality, efficient, and maintainable systems.

What You Are

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Apex (classes, triggers, SOQL/SOSL) and Lightning Components (LWC and/or Aura).
• Experience with Salesforce declarative configuration (Flows, Process Builders, Validation Rules).
• Familiarity with Salesforce development tools (VS Code + Salesforce Extensions, Salesforce CLI, Workbench).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent analytical,
  - solving, and communication skills.
• Proactive and pragmatic mindset with autonomous learning ability.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
• Availability to work
  - site in Lisbon or Porto (mostly
  - person).

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (e. g. , Platform Developer I/II, Administrator).
• Experience with system integrations and version control tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure Dev
  Ops, Jenkins).
• Experience with Salesforce DX.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
