• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc. ) using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Aura Components, and other tools;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions;
• Configure and customize Salesforce, including custom objects, fields, flows, approval processes, and validation rules;
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, Platform Events, and other integration methods;
• Write and execute unit and integration tests;
• Manage and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications;
• Keep the Salesforce ecosystem updated with new releases and functionalities, assessing potential impacts and benefits;
• Contribute to technical documentation of implemented solutions;
• Hybrid Work Model.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of proven professional experience as a Salesforce Developer;
• Strong knowledge of Apex (classes, triggers, SOQL/SOSL) and development of Lightning components (LWC and/or Aura);
• Experience with Salesforce declarative configuration (Flows, Process Builders, Validation Rules);
• Familiarity with Salesforce development tools (VS Code with Salesforce Extensions, Salesforce CLI, Workbench);
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
• Proactive, pragmatic, and
  - learning mindset;
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills, with the ability to connect facts and articulate ideas;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written);
• Residency in Lisbon or Porto area (work model is mainly
  - site).
