Your Impact

You’ll play a key role in extending and customizing the Salesforce platform, ensuring it’s scalable, secure, and
- performing. Your work will directly enable seamless integrations, automate business processes, and enhance user experiences across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

Feature Development:

• Build custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Develop triggers, classes, batch jobs, and REST/SOAP APIs for integration with external systems.

Platform Customization:

• Extend standard and custom objects, layouts, validation rules, and automations.
• Implement Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules where applicable.

Integrations and APIs:

• Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, External Services, or Mule
  Soft.

Development Lifecycle Management:

• Use Salesforce DX, Scratch Orgs, and Change Sets for development and deployment.
• Work with Azure Dev
  Ops or other CI/CD tools to automate testing and deployments.

Collaboration with the Product Team:

• Work with Administrators, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and functional validations.

Documentation and Continuous Improvement:

• Document technical solutions, architectural decisions, and best practices.
• Contribute to the evolution of the platform architecture and adoption of new Salesforce technologies.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce platform development.

Proficiency in:

• Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

Experience with:

• Salesforce APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and External Services.
• Salesforce DX, Scratch Orgs, Change Sets, and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of:

• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Basic understanding of Dev
  Ops, Git, Azure Dev
  Ops, Jira, or similar tools.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and agile environments.
• Focus on solution quality, scalability, and security.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and functional teams.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
