Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Salesforce , including user access, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows , workflows, and automation tools to support evolving business requirements.
• Collaborate with business departments to gather requirements , analyze needs, and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports , and data analytics to support
  - making and operational insights.
• Ensure data integrity through routine audits, data cleansing, and validation processes.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Salesforce Support or internal IT teams to resolve technical problems.
• Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide ongoing
  - user support to ensure effective adoption and
  - practice usage.
• Participate in Salesforce releases, upgrades , and continuous improvement initiatives to leverage new platform capabilities.
• Support system integrations with connected platforms such as ERP, marketing automation tools, and other business systems to ensure seamless data flow.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other clouds).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration tools (Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Validation Rules).
• Experience with reports, dashboards, and data analytics.
• Solid understanding of CRM processes and data governance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and
  - technical stakeholders.
