Job Title: Salesforce Developer (Sales/Service Cloud)

Location: Porto, Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (3x office per week)

Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with
- on experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to join our team!

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, and Lightning App Builder;
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions;
• Build, configure, and maintain applications in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud;
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance;
• Document technical specifications, workflows, and solutions in Confluence;
• Manage project tasks, user stories, and sprint activities using Jira;
• Support testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of Salesforce functionalities.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, ideally with exposure to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud;
• Knowledge of Basic Apex, SOQL, and Lightning App Builder;
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for agile project management and documentation;
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (preferred);
• Strong
  - solving and analytical skills;
• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
