What you will do?

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

Customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), flows, validation rules, and process automation

Implement and optimize business processes for sales, customer service, and case management

Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware tools

Configure and manage data models, objects, fields, page layouts, and security settings

Ensure scalability, performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices

Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixing

Support deployments, releases, and environment management

Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders

Document technical designs, configurations, and development standards

What you should know/have to succeed in this role:

Experience developing on the Salesforce platform

Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud

Experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components

Understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and data access models

Experience with Flows and declarative automation tools

Familiarity with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)

Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments

Strong analytical and
