The role

We are looking for a motivated and curious Junior Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Developer to support the development and maintenance of our CRM solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their Salesforce journey to gain
- on experience in a dynamic, international environment.

Main responsibilities

• Assist in the development and configuration of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud features
• Support the implementation of automation using Flows and Process Builder
• Help maintain data integrity and support data migration tasks
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements
• Participate in testing and deployment activities
• Document solutions and follow internal development standards

The profile for this job should have / be:

• Basic experience with Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud
• Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools (e. g. , Flows, Validation Rules)
• Exposure to Apex, SOQL, or Lightning Components is a plus
• Understanding of CRM and customer service processes
• Strong
  - solving mindset and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
