At Inetum, you have space to grow and boost your talent! We are looking for a focused and proactive Salesforce Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, configure, and support Salesforce solutions to meet business needs. This role requires excellent analytical skills, strong communication, and a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities and integrations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and gather business requirements.
• Translate business needs into Salesforce functionalities and technical specifications.
• Configure and customize Salesforce solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Support Salesforce integrations with other systems and ensure data consistency.
• Design and maintain workflows, processes, reports, and dashboards within Salesforce.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Conduct testing to ensure the reliability and efficiency of Salesforce implementations.
• Provide
  - user training and ongoing support for Salesforce solutions.
• Stay updated with Salesforce updates and new features.

Profile:

• A bachelor's degree in business, IT, computer science, or a related field.
• Professional experience in Functional Analysis and Salesforce projects (gathering requirements, designing solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders).
• Experience working with different teams and connecting technical experts with business professionals.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Proficiency in French, with effective communication skills in a professional setting.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to
  - technical stakeholders in both French and English.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs, priorities, and technologies.
• Solution-oriented mindset and critical thinking skills to resolve issues.
• Accuracy and precision in work to meet business and system requirements.

• This position is based in Portugal.
