Position: Salesforce IT Functional Consultant (m/f/d)

What You Will Enjoy Doing

• Support business product owners to formulate and prioritize requirements in agile and waterfall Salesforce projects.
• Advise the business to jointly achieve the best fitting solution for the respective business process.
• Build the bridge between the product owner and developers by translating requirements into functional and technical specifications in the Salesforce platform.
• Work as part of a project team or independently coordinate the delivery of enhancements.
• Resolve 2nd level application incidents.
• Participate actively in digitization and automation processes, contributing to the company's digital transformation.

What Makes You Great

• Possess a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Have at least 4 years of professional experience in a related industrial environment; experience in IT consulting is a plus.
• Confirmed functional and technical Salesforce skills.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the added value of information systems.
• Ability to describe precise specifications and collaborate closely with product owners and developers.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and in agile methodologies (Dev
  Ops, Scrum, etc. ).
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel occasionally.
• Effective data interpretation skills to drive digital transformation.
