What You Will Do

• Support business product owners to formulate and prioritize requirements in agile and waterfall Salesforce projects.
• Advise the business to achieve the best fitting solution for respective processes.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications in Salesforce, acting as a bridge between product owners and developers.
• Work within a project team or independently coordinate the delivery of enhancements.
• Resolve 2nd level application incidents.
• Participate in digitization and automation processes, contributing to digital transformation.

What Makes You Great

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in a related industrial environment; IT consulting experience is a plus.
• Confirmed functional and technical Salesforce skills.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the added value of information systems.
• Experience in describing precise specifications and collaborating with stakeholders using agile methodologies (Dev
  Ops, Scrum).
• Ability to work in an international, English-speaking environment and willingness to travel occasionally.
• Effective data interpretation skills to drive digital transformation.

Additional Details

This is a
- time position with an unlimited contract, working hours from 08:00 to 17:00.
